No, all of our flowers are artificial. They’re designed to look and feel realistic, last for years, and need little maintenance.

Yes. You can browse and shop directly from our website. We also welcome you to visit our showrooms in Annandale and Auburn if you’d like to see the flowers in person.

Yes, we deliver across Australia. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your flowers arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unused products in original condition. Custom arrangements and sale items are not eligible for return.

Do you offer trade or wholesale pricing?
Yes, we supply to stylists, florists, and businesses. Please contact us to set up a trade account.

How do I care for artificial flowers?
Artificial flowers don’t need water or special care. To keep them looking their best, dust them occasionally with a soft cloth or use a gentle air spray.
