Returns Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that change of mind is not accepted as a reason for return.

A partial refund may be granted for:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only full-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the colour is not as expected. Exchanges are also welcomed, however return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
