Silkflora’s returns policy is within the guidelines of the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC)

Change of Mind

Silkflora will exchange a product if you change your mind, subject to the following conditions. Silkflora reserves the right to reject a request for an exchange if any of the following conditions are not met:
Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase
All labels must still be attached
Products must be in the same good condition and not altered in any way
Original Receipt or Proof of Purchase must be produced/shown
Customers are responsible for all freight costs, if applicable, related to returning the products and delivery fees incurred will be deducted from original purchase if the sale had FREE SHIPPING applied.
If a suitable exchange product cannot be arranged on the day of return, Silkflora will offer a Credit Note valid for 1 month from the date of return. A cash refund is not available
Damaged or Faulty Products

Silkflora reserves the right to cancel an order during glitches on the system due to high traffic. A full refund will be issued if an order was placed during the glitch.
Silkflora products are checked carefully prior to dispatch and are packaged with care for all deliveries. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or broken in transit, please advise us immediately and supply us with a description of the damage or fault within 24hrs of receipt of delivery so that a suitable solution can be determined.

We will happily replace the item or offer a refund once the product has been returned, the damage or fault has been confirmed and the following conditions are met:
Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase
All labels must still be attached. IF TAGS ARE REMOVED, PLEASE BE ADVISED, THE PRODUCT CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Original Receipt or Proof of Purchase must be produced/shown
